We’re a month out and we can’t wait to see you all!!
The Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament has always been about giving back. We also are all about giving credit. “None of us would be here 
without you” means all of you in ways both big and meaningful. All that keeps the VBBT going and lets us give back to our charities every year. And we want to say Thank You.
The tent is getting set up (really!) hooks sharpened (every day) and the beer is iced (always!) It is a good time to celebrate, to look back and look ahead and we want to show you a little love in return.
To kick-off the celebrating, we have a fantastic new line-up of local musicians to give our evenings a little something extra.
Wednesday – Captain’s Meeting & Kick-off Party – Breaking Brad
Thursday – Dock Party & Concert with local phenomenon – BUCKSHOT
Friday – Dock Party and local favorites – Snackbar Jones
Saturday – Awards Banquet & Prime Rib Dinner with our favorites Heather & Nathan and then the full Heather Edwards Band
So that’s the fun part.
Then there is the “fund” part and in celebration of 20 years, we’re offering an additional 100% payout, Winner Take All, category called The 20-Year Jackpot for $2000! Just like the Legacy Jackpot ($5000) this is a completely optional, just-to-add-to-the-fun, level that you can enter anytime right up until the end of registration on Wednesday August 23.
And finally, last but no where near least, this year’s raffle ticket will be (drumroll please) for a chance to win $20,000 in cash money!!!
So, really, we just couldn’t wait to get started celebrating the 20th Anniversary of all things VBBT. There’s more to come, there will be fun little surprises and big doses of all the good things. So get your fishing on, sharpen those hooks and ice all the goodies. We’ll see you in a month—and really, thank you, for believing in us and all the back up over all these years, it means everything.
