103 Billfish Released, Big Oh Leads August 21, 2009 The sails showed up yesterday in what turned out to be a beautiful day at sea. Of the 103 billfish released, 85 were sailfish and the rest white marlin. Big Oh leads with five releases, on time, followed by Bluewater (5), Tippecanoe (5), Full Draw (5) and Caroline (4). The leading dolphin was also caught by Big Oh (52.1 lbs.), Jabez leads in the Tuna Division with a 17.8 lb. yellowfin and Canyon Express leads in Wahoo with a 39.4-pounder. 6 boats are laying today: Backlash, Hunter, Playmate, Sea Toy, Sea Wolf and Waterman.
